Early morning. I don’t think it wanted to move in the cool air. It held its spot, even when I moved the car opposite its perch. It is at about 12 metres. I had to shoot vertical with the 500mm lens to get all the bird in. This is a wing stretch just before take-off.

Wind Hovering Brown Falcon in search of a quick meal
Brown Falcon at rest between hovering. It was probably trying to work out its next move not having had any success.

Young Brown Falcon at WTP, learning new skills of hanging on to the branch and scratching at the same time. Pretty complex when you are only new at it.
